Description
This course covers roof framing methods for residential construction. Students will learn about layout, floor and wall framing concepts as well as the framing of stairs. Students will learn about building codes, rafter nomenclature, ceiling joists, and collar ties. Students are given the opportunity to learn about framing of residential roofs and rolling of trusses.
