SMS Opt-In Proof for Perry Technical Institute
This page provides proof of the SMS consent flow used by Perry Technical Institute for A2P 10DLC/Twilio campaign registration.
Applicants begin at Apply Now and navigate to the Contact Information section of the online application. In that section, applicants are presented with an optional SMS consent question for application, enrollment, and reminder-related text messages.
Both Yes and No options are unselected by default, which requires the applicant to take an affirmative action to opt in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of enrollment.
At the point of consent, the applicant is shown the required disclosure language, including:
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out
- Reply HELP for help
